September “Childhood Cancer Awareness Month” turned out to be a month of giving for Cory’s Crusaders
Teresa & Jim Gaudet, Co-founders presented a $20,000 check to Joe Chabot, Pediatric Resource Director at Dana-Farber | The Jimmy Fund. Our grants assist families with essential household expenses such as mortgages & rents, utiities, car payments & repairs and grocies or meals while in treatment. On that same day we had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Kathy Warren, Clincial Director for Pediatric Neuro-Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute presenting her with 6 iPads for her DIPG Clinic, Clincial Trial. Earlier in the month we met with Tim and Aimee Mandeville Co-founders of Evan’s Crew and presented a $5,000 check to them for the Evan T. Mandeville DIPG Reseach Fund at Dana-Farber.
